AI-data solutions company iMerit is announcing its launch of ANCOR, an AI-driven tool designed to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of radiology AI development.
ANCOR, the Annotation Copilot for Radiology, automates repetitive tasks, provides real-time expert guidance, and ensures adherence to complex project guidelines, according to the San Jose-based company. It also allows customization for various medical image data annotation workflows.
Key features of the ANCOR tool include the ability to fine-tune models for specialized areas of radiology and tailored taxonomy and training aligned with specific project needs. The tool has the ability to interpret project instructions to provide context-driven support and guidance, real-time annotation support, and the ability to combine text and image analysis. The copilot’s three modes of operation include automatic generation of initial annotations, cross-checking annotations against guidelines of ground-truth data, and the ability for annotators to adjust, verify, and query annotations in real-time.
