AI-Generate Form in Workflow
In our latest update to Yoroflow, we’re excited to introduce an AI-powered form creation feature. Users can now simply input a requirement, such as “Student leave form” or “Bank form,” into the Prompt section, and our AI will generate the relevant fields for that form. From there, users can customize the form by selecting the fields they need, adjusting control types, and marking fields as required. Additionally, users can choose the column layout that best suits their needs, offering greater flexibility and convenience in form creation. This enhancement streamlines the form-building process, making it faster and more efficient than ever.
Enhanced File Access in Document Generator Workflow
We’ve introduced a new enhancement in the document generator workflow control, allowing users to seamlessly access files from a selected folder in YoroDrive. Users can now either select a specific file or choose an entire folder from YoroDrive. When opting for a folder, they must specify a field to enter the file name. Once the workflow is launched, users can directly define the file name in the designated location, enabling the system to generate a new document effortlessly. This update enhances flexibility and streamlines the document creation process within workflows.
Time Tracking Widget
Our latest update to the Time Tracking Widget brings deeper insights into task management with improved categorization. The new enhancement allows users to view tasks grouped into categories such as:
- Total Due in 7 Days Tasks List
- Total Past Due Tasks List
- Total Due Tomorrow Tasks List
- Total Due Today Tasks List
Users can now access these task lists in both the Total Widget and List Widgets. In the Total Widget, clicking on the task count expands the widget, providing a detailed view of the tasks. This update enhances task tracking, making it easier to manage deadlines efficiently.
