SewBubbles Video on Demand Classes

Today marks my TWO year anniversary from doing the After-hours broadcast on my SewBubbles Facebook page.  WOW – that’s a whole lot of chatting about machine embroidery – and I’m not done yet ????

Let me say right now – I am not stopping the After-hours show!  It has moved to Tuesday nights due to my schedule and the fact that social media traffic seems to be a little bit less jammed so the stream is more stable.  I really do enjoy the “live interaction” that we have on Facebook – and for anyone watching the replays, you may find that someone else already asked the question that you were thinking and it was answered during the broadcast!

On of the things that I have found is that I do enjoy teaching in this short format and sometimes I have these extra ideas that I just want to share with others.  This is one of the reasons that I have created the SewBubbles channel on Vimeo. This platform allows me to share educational content with those that are interested in hearing from me.  In addition to the exclusive videos that I am adding monthly, I have also edited, uploaded and added closed captioning to all of my after-hours videos from 2021.  At this time, I do not plan to add prior year sessions – they are still all on Facebook (except for the few that Facebook decided to remove which is another reason why I am switching over to this video platform).

Some have asked why I’m not uploading to YouTube or Rumble or other video service.  First – there are only so many hours in the day and I had to choose one platform and I have been very happy with Vimeo and the features that it offers.  I will continue to upload videos to my YouTube channel – those that fit the YouTube model.  My after hours videos don’t belong there – I get too many weird comments from those that shouldn’t be following me that need to get deleted.

Using this Vimeo subscription service is also one way that I can provide “online classes”.  It’s not for everyone but it is an option for those that are interested!

If you have ideas for future classes- you can use this form to send them to me!  Who knows – you may see your class idea in a future Afterhours!
