Sara Kovach: Practical fitness advice from an IFBB Fitness Pro

Thanks for listening to another episode of the Women’s Maximum Fitness Podcast! In this episode #43 I interview IFBB pro Sara Kovach. Sara is a fitness pro and Olympian whom I met way back in 2015 and we just clicked. This talk felt like catch up with an old friend, but truly what I loved most about this episode was all the “real talk” practical advice Sara (and I ) share about diet and training. (especially for anyone just getting started, or getting older). We talk about how training evolves as you age, and how dieting is hard. (John Meadows and his mountaindog training is again mentioned on the podcast. ) Patience and longevity are a huge theme throughout this talk. And that fitness is a lifetime contract, even if you never compete. We do poke around with sharing injury stories and training with them as well. The coolest part about all of this talk is Sara isn’t even a coach she’s just really knowledgeable with a ton of experience. PS her full-time job is pretty freaking cool too. Sara Kovach is a gem, and I hope it shows in this interview because this one was absolutely my pleasure. Mentions:@slkfit1020@mountaindog1@msfitnesso@ifbbmissytruscott@oksanagrishinaCheck out my Amazon link to shop what I shop: https://www.amazon.com/shop/buffcake22Coaching inquiries: email Debra at buffcake22@gmail.com and request my FREE assessment form. Subscribe to the Women’s Maximum Fitness podcast as new episodes drop every Monday and throughout the week.
