ROOF Donates $93,600 from funds raised in 2024
Did you know that when you buy or sell a home with a Red Oak agent, there’s a high likelihood that a portion of that transaction goes right back into your own neighborhood? Almost every agent at Red Oak donates a portion of their commission from every transaction to Red Oak’s nonprofit, the Red Oak Opportunity Foundation (ROOF). ROOF was founded 40 years ago. With contributions from Red Oak agents, staff, family, clients, and friends, we’ve raised over $1.5M which has been donated directly back into the communities in which we serve. This January, ROOF is proud to contribute $93,600, which will be distributed among 23 East Bay nonprofits. These organizations, chosen by agents, provide everything from housing, food and clothing to education, the arts, research, and youth programs.
