Rancho Santa Fe Library meets Zentangle
The Rancho Santa Fe Library welcomed me back to share the Zentangle Art Method with twelve wide- eyed participants. The library is located 20 miles north of San Diego in a quaint little town. Today in class I taught a basic Zentangle tile. Teaching the history, theory, philosophy in the way the co-founders design the art method. You don't get it till you do it.Zentangle Art Method is a meditative art method that is easy to do and creates beautiful mages by drawing structured patterns. During the process you relax, get into a state of well-being- healing art-happy place.After completing a basic tile, we put those tangles into a ZIA (Zentangle Inspired Art) and created a fun tortoise.Thank you to all who participated and to Rancho Santa Fe Library Guild for hosting this class.
