Key Responsibilities:
Webinar & Content Management:
- Accurately update, distribute, and report on survey forms and results

Meeting Support & Documentation:

Data Collection & Reporting:
- Track and report monthly metrics, ensuring accuracy in all data entries
- Update spreadsheets with key task summaries, focusing on precision in detail and relevance
- Collect, format, and organize quarterly reporting data
- Create and edit PDFs and presentation materials, coordinating closely with team members to capture correct information
Event Research & Administrative Projects:
- Conduct thorough research on potential events, presenting findings in a clear and organized manner
- Oversee ongoing administrative projects, such as document formatting and content setup, with attention to accuracy and presentation
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative roles where precision and thoroughness were essential
- Strong skills with Google Workspace tools (Forms, Sheets, Docs)
- Familiarity with video platforms and basic editing (YouTube preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail
- Self-motivated, with the ability to handle tasks independently and complete them accurately the first time
