THE Government has never objected but actually facilitated for former Defence Minister Geoffrey Mwamba to seek medical treatment in South Africa, Home Affairs and Internal Security Minister Jack Mwiimbu has said.
Mr Mwiimbu said the Government entered into a consent order with Mr Mwamba for him to seek medical treatment in South Africa and enabled him to make enquiries about treatment at Netcare Milpark Hospital and was even billed in advance by the hospital.
