Dearing Compressors’ 80th Anniversary Gala

Dearing Compressor and Pump celebrated its 80th anniversary on Saturday, March 15, 2025, with a memorable gala at The Lake Club. The event brought together employees, partners, and community members to memorialize eight decades of innovation, resilience, and excellence in the compressor and pump industry.

Guests were treated to an evening that highlighted our company’s rich history, significant milestones, and contributions to the region’s economy. Our gala served as a testament to Dearing’s enduring commitment to quality and service, reinforcing its position as a leader in the field.

The event featured a cocktail hour, buffet-style meal, and dessert. Tables were organized by teams which allowed individuals who work closely with each other to socialize in a formal setting. The remarks of the event included a wonderful video put together to detail the history of the company and shed light on the experiences of employees. 

Overall, the event gave us the opportunity to give back and live out our motto: “You don’t build a business… you build people… Then the people build the business”. And for us, we pride ourselves on having the best in our region that help us do so.
