Codecasa Launches 43-meter Gioia

Italy’s Codecasa has launched the motoryacht Gioia, the sixth unit of the builder’s 43-meter series. Gioia, Hull C124, is a custom, full-displacement yacht with a steel hull and aluminum superstructure. She was designed by Codecasa Shipyards’ in-house technical staff.

Gioia features big windows that let natural light into the interiors and make the exteriors elegant and refined. The yacht’s interior volumes are arranged in two spacious salons, four large guest cabins and an owner’s suite located on the forward main deck. She has fully equipped service areas and comfortable exterior spaces throughout her three decks.

The yacht is equipped with two Caterpillar C32 ACERT diesels (1,600 hp @ 2300 rpm) that propel her to a top speed of 16 knots at light displacement. She has a range of 4,000 nautical miles at 11 knots. Hull C124 can ensure a safe and comfortable navigation in any weather and sea conditions, the builder says. The internal volumes are just under 500 gross tons. Her exterior spaces, with clean and elegant lines, can ensure the best comfort and privacy.
