 A Yummy Lactation Recipe To Boost Up Your Breast Milk!!  Instructions: >Preheat oven 325 degrees. FIRST THING TO DO IS MASHED THREE BANANAS IN A BOWL AND SET ASIDE. >Mix Dry Ingredients: 2 cups flour, 2/3 cup Brewer’s yeast, 1/2 cup flaxseeds, 1 teaspoon baking soda and 1/4 teaspoon salt in a bowl and set aside. >Mix Wet Ingredients: 1 egg, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup oil in another bowl and stir until well mixed. >Add into the DRY ingredients to the WET ingredients bowl and stir well. It will be thick. >Next add 2 tablespoons butter or regular, or any of your favorite milk, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla and 3 mashed bananas then mix very well. >You can add 1/4 cup chopped walnuts in bread mix bowl and the other 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts on top of the loaf bread before placing into oven. >Bake for 50-75 minutes, checking regularly after 60 minutes of baking until a knife comes out clean.
