66% of you are hiring even more reps in 2025 than 2024, and only 22% are slowing down sales hiring.
In 2024, 22% of you were hiring much faster than last year. In 2024, that’s up to 31%.
Now this survey didn’t get as many responses as we usually see, but it’s still telling. Times are weird in SaaS, but still overall good. The top leaders in SaaS and Cloud are still growing 20% or faster, and the public SaaS markets are up 24% this year.
Even as almost every leader has gotten more profitable, they’re still hiring. Just not at the rate of 2021.
Most SaaS products still need humans to sell them. For now at least.
